Refund policy

I'm so sorry, but I cannot refund pattern purchases due to the nature of downloadable patterns.  Does a finished product you purchased not fit?  Well we can't have that, can we?  I'll be happy to exchange it for a different size, but I need to receive the original purchase in good condition.  Just give me a holler on the "leave a note" page and we'll work it out!
